ACT uses donations to help fund services and everyday needs connected to its programs.

Food and everyday needs

$50

ACT’s current giving page estimates that $50 can help provide food for a family of four for one week.

Counseling and support

$100

ACT currently estimates that a $100 contribution can help provide four hours of counseling for a survivor.

Support for children

$100

ACT’s current giving page states that $250 can help provide assessments and counseling for 10 children.

Economic empowerment

$500

ACT currently estimates that $500 can help 20 adults participate in six weeks of Economic Empowerment education.

Programs and shelter operations

Larger gifts can help support the programs and facilities survivors and families rely on.
ACT’s current estimates include:

$1,500 — one month of shelter electricity
$2,500 — one month of food for 60 people, three meals per day
$5,000 — support for the 24-hour helpline for one year
$10,000 — children’s groups twice a week for 20 weeks
