Second ACT Thrift Store is owned and operated by Abuse Counseling and Treatment, Inc. Proceeds from store sales help support ACT programs for people affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.

ACT’s current page states that residents staying in its facilities may receive vouchers to shop at Second ACT for clothing and other needed items at no cost.

The store has also provided opportunities for ACT clients to build job skills through participation in the thrift-store environment.
