Once you have made an appointment with our 24-hour helpline at 239-939-3112, please provide us with a safe email address and we will send you, through email, a Consent along with our Intake paperwork to fill out and send to us.
We are glad you have contacted us and are open to having a counseling session. We are here for you.
Please remember, all of our services are free to you. Any time you need additional assistance, please feel free to call our helpline at 239-939-3112.
For additional safety, we ask that you do not bring any children or anyone else with you during your appointment time. Your appointment will last approximately 1 hour.
Please remember, along with the completed intake you must complete the Consent Form Counseling/Therapy. Thank you.
