ACT provides a 24-hour hotline available for confidential counseling, crisis intervention, information and referrals. Each year, ACT receives nearly 15,000 calls on our helpline.
Trained, professional staff monitor the helpline and provide the following services to callers:
- Crisis Counseling
- Information and Referrals
- Safety Planning
- Admission to the Shelter
- Set appointments for outreach counseling and therapy
- All services are confidential and free.
This site is owned and maintained by Abuse Counseling and Treatment, Inc., a non-profit agency funded in part by United Way of Lee, Hendry and Glades Counties, Lee County, Florida Department of Children and Families, Florida Council Against Sexual Violence, City of Cape Coral, Office of the Attorney General, The Bobby Nichols - Fiddlesticks Charity Foundation, fundraising and donations from the community.
